[ENGLISH] HELP! Looking for a game

Ok, last time i played this game was about 7 years old, now am I 17, so its hard to remeber the name, and even worse, i never knew the name. So i explain and maybie someone remeber this game.

It is for SEGA GENESIS
Its a adventure game.
There is a guy that can get many differnce weapon.
There is a boss, about 5 big heads are on a spear.
There is a could map, where its rain ice block that damage you(i haw bad memories about that)
There is a lawa map.

Thats all I remeber, if you have any ide, plz tell, you dont have to be 100% right.
I have looking for this game in many years plz help
